Let's get started — where are you now?
If you are a complete beginner, you can enrol on the course straight away — no prior knowledge is needed. If you have studied a bit before, just take a very short placement test of a few minutes so that you can join the group that suits you.
Our upcoming groups and prices
Online lessons on Zoom, in groups of 4–10 — from a laptop or larger tablet, from anywhere in the country.
Choose your time slot and your level — if you have studied the language before, take the free placement test first.
2 sessions a week, between 08:30 and 12:30
On Zoom: Monday–Wednesday, Tuesday–Thursday or Wednesday–Friday, over 5–7.5 weeks.
3 sessions a week, between 17:00 and 19:30
On Zoom: Monday–Wednesday–Friday, easy to fit in at home after work.

Zoom — a laptop, desktop computer or larger tablet is recommended; you'll receive the link 10–15 minutes before the lesson at the latest.

A 30-lesson online module at IH Budapest costs HUF 73,000, which is approx. HUF 2,430 per lesson. The fee can be paid in one sum or in 2 instalments. With Early Bird (5%), returning student (5%) and family/friend discounts, you can save up to 20% in total.
Online groups have 4–10 participants. Thanks to the small size, everyone gets time to practise speaking the foreign language. Pair and small-group tasks are done in Zoom breakout rooms.
A nyelvoktatás on Zoom, élőben történik, anyanyelvi vagy anyanyelvi szintű tanárral. Kommunikációközpontú módszerrel tanítunk: az első perctől a célnyelven beszélsz. A tanár tankönyvet, videókat, képi anyagokat és online gyakorlófelületet is használ a Zoom-oktatás során.
Yes, if it is live, small-group and interactive, as ours are. Online lessons use the same material, method and level system as in-person ones. The difference is that you can join from anywhere, with no travel time or geographical limits.
You can choose from two time slots: hétköznap délelőtt or hétköznap késő délutáni időpontok (munka után) heti 2 alkalom, 5–7,5 hét időtartamban. Az egyes csoportok pontos napjai és órái the list of current and upcoming groups.
Any device that runs Zoom will do. The most comfortable option is a laptop, desktop computer or larger tablet, as it is harder to follow the material on a phone. You will receive the joining link 10–15 minutes before the lesson at the latest.
Only if you have studied the language before. As a complete beginner (A0), you can apply straight away. Otherwise, you take a free, 5–10-minute online placement test and then, based on a short, free speaking assessment, we recommend the group that suits you.
Yes. You can sit in on one session free of charge egy már futó online nyelvi csoportba – a nyelvi szintedtől függetlenül.
Javasoljuk, hogy a próbaórára való jelentkezés előtt töltsd ki a kb. 5-10 perces szintfelmérőnket, hogy a nyelvi szintednek legmegfelelőbb csoport órájára tudjunk beosztani.

Yes. Enrolment is continuous, amíg a csoport el nem éri a 10 fős maximumot.
Ha a nyelvtanulást folytatnád a következő modullal, az aktuális nyelvtanfolyam vége előtt jelezd részvételi szándékod a következő modulon, hogy biztosan legyen helyed.
Ha bizonytalan vagy, hogy érdemes-e becsatlakoznod egy tanfolyamunkba, keress meg minket a részletes információért, illetve konzultációra.
Ha megoldható, kérjük, hogy előre jelezd az oktatónak, hogy nem fogsz résztvenni a következő órán/órákon. A tanárod megmondja, hogy melyik tankönyvi részt érdemes önállóan átvenned, hogy a következő órára felzárkózz.
Csoportos nyelvoktatásban résztvevőknél az eseti kihagyott nyelvóra költsége nem visszatéríthető.
Magán nyelvoktatásban a lemondott órára a szerződésben található lemondási feltételeinkben leírtak vonatkoznak.
Kihagyott nyelvóra(k) pótlására vagy ismétlésre kizárólag indokolt esetben, egyedi elbírálás után van lehetőség.
