IH schools are committed to providing opportunities for high-quality learning within structured curriculum frameworks.
IH schools strive to ensure that all information and publications are accurate and reflect the reality, including enrollment, tuition fees, services, tests, and the rights of all parties in cases of service or exclusion.
IH schools are committed to ensuring no discrimination among clients based on gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, or religion. However, in certain cases, native language quotas may be applied for educational purposes.
IH schools take all reasonable steps to ensure the well-being and safety of clients on the school premises. IH schools strive to be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
IH schools where students under 18 are enrolled are required to:
- Comply with the laws and guidelines of the respective country
- Establish, document, and regularly review all internal policies;
- Provide specific training for teachers.
IH schools are obligated to clarify the complaint procedure for clients upon request.
Clients must be provided with the opportunity to give feedback both during and after the course. IH schools analyze feedback questionnaires and take action in all cases to ensure continuous improvement.
The language programs of IH schools are regularly reviewed by IH inspectors.
Every IH school is committed to ensuring the following for its clients:
- C9.1. A well-organised service supporting a variety of courses and training designed to meet the needs of customers;
- C9.2. Efficient administration and customer service;
- C9.3. A suitable environment for language learning; well-equipped classrooms, quality teaching materials;
- C9.4. For general courses, the maximum number of participants is 16, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties to the IHWO;
- C9.5 Accurate and reliable assessment of the level and needs of the client to determine the client's objectives and level of linguistic competence;
- C9.6 A structured syllabus corresponding to IH and CERF levels;
- C9.7. High quality teaching methods, with qualified and competent teachers. Teaching is regularly monitored to ensure high quality;
- Providing an opportunity for clients to receive advice/information about their progress;
- Ethical and reliable execution of appropriate, regular evaluations, reports, and end-of-year feedback;
- Clear and understandable certificates that align with IH and CEFR levels. If the certificate pertains to exam results, each IH school commits to ensuring they are substantiated and properly administered.
IH schools must make this document easily accessible in a visible location for employees, clients, and the general public.
